Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by calling (303) 694-9759. You can also e-mail the office at PBurns1009@aol.com . Same day appointments are available in most circumstances. We are available Monday, Wednesday & Friday 7 am to 5 pm, Tuesday & Thursday 9 am to 3 pm. We pride ourselves on operating an on time practice, meaning if your appointment is at 9 you'll be seen at 9.
Financial
We are preferred providers for Workers Compensation, Select Net, Pinnacle, and most HMO/PPO insurance companies, including United Healthcare, Aetna, Great West, PHCS, Anthem BC/BS, Golden Rule, Humana, PacifiCare and many more. If you do not have insurance we offer very affordable cash plans. In other words we will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, MC/Visa.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
